Ice Cream 12 Bar Band consists of 4 "good men”, 4 blues players, who each have a few decades worth of experience in music.
The previous decade Ice Cream 12 Band spent touring France, where the band's harpist/singer lived. They've also acquired experience by performing at various Blues festivals around Europe. Now Jukka "Ice Cream" has returned to his native country and his current band are getting ready to tour.
The band has received thanks for loving what they do and having a feel for the music. This feeling and atmosphere brings a joy to the audience that can both be seen and felt. This love of music and the good vibes the band creates are transmitted into the crowd.
The band's musical programme consists of roots blues classics, as well as some of their own compositions. The most important influences have been Junior Wells, Buddy Guy, James Cotton, BB & Freddie & Albert King etc.
